I am deeply passionate about the teaching profession and the impact that we can have on the lives of children and families long after they leave our schools.

Until you’ve been a school leader, it is impossible to imagine how lonely it can sometimes be and the weight that you are expected to carry. My mission is to support school leaders with the specific challenges they are experiencing of standing on that mountain top through sharing of expertise, providing targeted support in relation to your school improvement priorities and being a critical friend.

I have a particular interest in supporting the development of teacher professionalism and a culture of reflective practice, I have a passion for early literacy, play and developing the whole child. I have most recently worked as an Executive Headteacher, NPQEYL Facilitator and Early Years Consultant with experience of working across inner, outer London and the fringe with 2–11-year-olds.
